Novel study shows that 71% of EU founders who have started a company abroad moved to attract highly skilled workers. According to this study, Startup Heatmap Europe talent, more than access to capital is the strongest driver of startup migration in Europe, with the latter surprisingly emerging as the least important factor for startup location.
