I started small. My story is one of reinvention: A burning desire to be better everyday.
PHARMACY
After a First-Class Pharmacy degree in 2013, I worked in various Italian hospital and community pharmacies. Hungry to do more, I ventured into the then-foreign world of digital.
DIGITAL MARKETING & ANALYTICS
Through hands-on experience, I learnt the tenets of digital UX, and CRM. Data-consciousness and a curious mind keep me #enamored with my work.

Come 2020 and in the true spirit of a reinventor, I have embraced the world of branding and the business of crafting copy that converts. Exciting as heck!

UX FRONTIERS
I contributed to the launch of UX FRONTIERS, a UK-based user experience agency with focus on novel UX research methods. UX FRONTIERS helps companies to deeply understand their users in order to create custom experiences that delight customers at every touchpoint.
Activities: UX research, social media strategy, website copy and content strategy.
Youth Empowerment Team
I served as Executive Director for Youth Empowerment Team, a non-profit organization that has inspired over 100 immigrant young people to pursue tertiary education in Italy.
Activities: organizing, moderating and speaking at youth conferences and educational seminars.
MIELE EMPLOYER BRANDING
I had the tremendous opportunity to talk about my 4+ years experience in Miele Italy as B2C Web Manager, after a stint in the B2B marketing dept. Miele is the world’s leading manufacturer of premium domestic appliances including cooking appliances, refrigeration products, coffee makers, dishwashers and laundry and floor care products.
